But let me provide you some relief… The recipe may seem challenging, but I promise the ingredients are extremely straight forward. I LIVE by this acronym: BALANCE (and it’s the only things I’ve done to achieve both of my post C-section transformations) B - (before) - greens before carbs manage blood sugar A - adequate hydration to replenish and help you function at your best L- log your progress - take a before photo, journal, A- activity that is intentional Monday- Friday (link in bio for the exact workout schedule I follow) N - nutrition that decreases/ is mindful of inflammation C - control your portions - look where you can make small adjustments instead of overhauling your entire diet. E - empowered mindset - build your confidence and feel empowered by taking small 1% or even 0.5% steps daily. Believe in yourself and your ability to reach your goals.
