This is why I just bought a mobile home. 3 beds 2 baths. $500 mortgage, plus $600 lot rent. We’ll be paying less than what we currently pay for a 2 bedroom apartment

Min. wage should be based off the avg bedroom apt in the zip code. If a 1 bedroom = $700/month all businesses in that zip code should pay $21.88 per hour. That way everyone can afford housing.

I’m in small town Texas. Rent ranges from $800-$1200 for a typical apartment. Some guy out of state just bought property to build fancy new apartments & intends to charge $3k for rent. It’s insane
