@luv_your_pooch: Some or all of these causes are the reason your dog barks constantly! My dog was non stop barking until I did these things: To prevent BOREDOM: I provided him with physical and mental stimulation regularly. I took him on several walks throughout the day, and if I was too busy, I made sure I take him on one looong walk. On days I wasn't as free to walk him, I provided him with puzzle toys to mentally stimulate his brain. FOR ANXIETY, Esp around 4th of July, I created a calm environment with relaxing music and sometimes a bit of cbd oil When he would become TERRITORIAL looking out the window, I would just manage his exposure by closing the blinds while I was home. But most importantly, I would avoid giving him ATTENTION when he barks. When he barks, I say "QUIET" in a very firm voice and we he stops, I give him a treat right away. I then gradually increase the time he has to be quiet before giving him a treat. I practice this with him several times so he listens to me and follows my command.
