Low rise tutorial, get one size longer cut the crotch to the zipper or however low u want the pants ti be for these you could probably cut an inch or 2 away from it and sew along where u cut

If you are going for Y2K, we cut or rolled the tops to get them to be low rise, before manufacturers started making the rise we were going for. The ones you got are 70'-ish style rise.
