honestly. I walked on treadmill for 6 months doing a 10 incline 3 speed. I lost 14 pounds and then nothing else would come off. I cut out sugar etc nothing more would come off I was walking 5 to 6

If you are doing incline (which is good) stretch calves, knees, and Achilles tendon to avoid rupture of Achilles tendon. As you are constantly going up heel. Good exercise if you stretch.
