I need the surgery so bad and want it its debilitating as you know….unfortunately my insurance doesn’t cover only horomones didnt even cover my top surgery and with downtime not working impossible

I kind of relate I had Phalloplasty it was difficult with the complications but I have no more dysphoria if they are ready for more surgeries (I've had non transition related surgery in my childhood)
