@ladytrkr: High blood pressure and diabetes runs in my family. My father had a heart attack and years later passed away from a stroke. My mother had diabetes for years which caused so many other health problems and she passed away as well. I refuse to go out like they did. Just cause it runs in my family doesn’t mean it’s out of my control. With fasting and keto I’m back to a healthy blood pressure and I stopped taking my medication. I just wish I could have helped them before it was too late. What you put in your body is so important especially the older we get. Treat your body like a temple we only get one. Same problem for me with the high blood pressure. I started above 170 it’s now 122/80
