I live in Aus and say mum. Mum is Aussie, dad is American, lived in the US until I was 12 before moving back. Now I say Mom 10% of the time but Mum 90% of the time.

Yeah you don't change how you pronounce mum/mom, my cousin is Australian but her mum is from America so she will still call her "mom" but the rest of her accent is aussie
