@chefalimandhry: Let me take you all to one of my favorite Nyama Choma joints in Mombasa along Mbaraki road just beside furniture palace, Ken is a legend when it comes to the most juiciest Nyama Choma that is literally Cooked with just salt, I joined them very early in the morning to make Ugali using Unga Wa Dola and let me tell you making a big batch of ugali like this ain’t a joke, I had so much fun and at the end it slapped so good. So here is what happens the ugali is made twice in a day the first batch is prepared in the morning around 9:30am (this is for the early birds like myself I don’t fancy going past midday as it gets so busy MashaAllah at 12:00pm onwards I like to eat in peace without waiting on queue for so long) then the second batch is made at around 1pm for the afternoon eaters.. you guys need to visit this place and have the best of Nyama Choma, kachumbari, sukuma and Ugali.
