Rinse with water after brushing with toothpaste or spit out toothpaste only. Some dentists say do not rinse and many say rinse. Thanks

My exterior gum tissue must be pretty sensitive or I’m brushing them too hard because I often get bleeding and “pink toothbrush.” That’s even with your program. Not criticizing your protocol Dr Ellie.
