Every version of you, IS the REAL you. I've been saying to be who you really are, but actually, who you are, is who you decide to show up as. It's YOU that making that choice to show up the way you are, revealing that there is an aspect of you who WANTED to show up that way for a reason. Why this matters, is because to start TRULY loving who you are UNCONDITIONALLY, you must first accept every version of yourself you are choosing to be at every moment. You may not like that version, because it may feel very different and off from who you actually feel you are in the inside- in other words- fake. But, that's still you. And if you can learn to love yourself even when you are that way, WITHOUT DENYING the OTHER aspects of who you are too, and I mean REALLY loving, so NO criticisms NO judgements NO wishing for alterations just simply accepting the version of you that you've decided to show up as at that moment without wanting to make any further changes to who that person already is, maybe then, you'll start to feel that desire to want to explore these other aspects of you too, which will eventually, lead you to wanting to discover, that TRUE, AUTHENTIC core within you, that has been DESIRING to come out all. along. I have to say, I am still unsure if this is truly the way to discovering your Authentic Self. But, I feel that it just may be. Trying, will always be better than not trying. And, it's how I was led to discovering my Authentic Core, so it may be the way for you too.
