@senatorsaval: #SCOTUS's ruling today on Grants Pass threatens to exacerbate the housing crisis by letting local governments criminalize people who are experiencing homelessness. This ruling is disappointing but expected from the right-wing minoritarian justices who are committed to molding our world for the wealthy few rather than prioritizing justice for the collective good. Our neighbors and loved ones here in Pennsylvania will surely feel the effects of this decision. Each day, my office receives calls from constituents who are terrified at the prospect of losing their homes. No issue creates as great a feeling of helplessness, or of hopelessness. This is our call to stay in the fight for housing as a human right.
