@dk_dreamhouse: Replying to @Kristyn Mazaris I bet you didn't expect this! Our first house is night and day from the dreamhouse. My sister always called it "a 1989 art gallery" Our first studio apartment we lived in for 5 years was a 1910's house that was split into a triplex - original tile, beautiful crown moulding, massive fireplace (yes, in a studio!), TONS of charm. I always pictured us buying an old victorian or an adorable 1920's bungalo.... But the neighborhood we loves (and minuscule budget) presented us this little box! And we learned just how expensive charm is... We thought we would outgrow this little place in 3 years, but we stayed for 6! And honestly would have stayed longer if the dreamhouse didn't come for sale. We will definitly miss having a house that pays its own mortgage, but I am quickly adjusting to life with zero strangers in the yard every day!
