@coachrauve: Here's a basic structure in the way I formed these programs which now has transformed hundreds. Ofcourse there's various ways to perform all these exercises (tempo, stance, reps) however it's important to understand the basics work. The glutes are the largest muscle in the body, and can handle alot of volume. Hitting them from all angles is key, and sticking to the schedule.
