I recently broke my foot in multiple places from standing up off the couch. 6weeks crutches and boot 8 weeks total with boot. I know your struggle with armpit pain. hope u heal quickly.

Get a walker for home. so much easier than crutches. That’s what I used before I had my knee surgery.

I broke my knee the same way. Lived with that pain for 5 YEARS. Having it finally replaced next week. Can’t wait. Heal up soon.

girl I hurt my foot back in February just dancing in the living room with my wife (with socks on😂) and it still hurts!! went back to the doctor because my discharge paper said the same

Hope it’s not your meniscus, I tore mine and i had 2 surgeries and it’s been 1 1/2 years since the last surgery and i’m still struggling. Knee replacement once i’m around 60. 30 more years to go

Tape some washcloths on the top of the crutches, it’ll give it a little padding!

Ugh carpeted stairs and socks falls suck so badly. I jacked up my spine pretty badly and had to have surgery. Hopefully you won’t need any surgery. 🫶🏼💕 feel better soon ❤️🩹
