Whenever I get a rash I find that when I wore SPF it makes it worse!!! The chemicals in it can trigger it more

Ughhh had this a year ago. Literally couldn’t tell what it was but my doc told me it’s pollen allergy but in the month of Jan??? But got rid of it in 2 weeks. Used 1% hydrocortisone from aveeno.

Thanks for posting this! I just came back from Mexico with the same exact thing and I’ve never had this before. This video gave me so much reassurance I was starting to worry more and more and question seeing a doc.
