@saraelisaa: @Sara and I made this Buldak Korean Corndogs using ready-made puff pastry 😍 - Puff pastry dough (Blätterteig) - Vegan sausages - Mozzarella cheese - 1-2 eggs, beaten - Buldak ramen: crushed - Oil for frying Sauce: - Heavy cream - 1-2 garlic cloves, minced - 1 tbsp oil - Tomato ketchup - cheese powder and hot sauce (from Buldak ramen) Cut the vegan sausages and mozzarella cheese. Thread them onto skewers, alternating between sausage and cheese or using just cheese according to your preference. Cut the puff pastry dough into triangles. Wrap each sausage skewer with the triangular pieces of dough as shown in the video. Dip each corndog in beaten egg, then coat with crushed Buldak ramen. Fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels. Sauce: Sauté minced garlic in oil until golden. Add ketchup (if using), ramen cheese powder, and hot sauce. Pour in heavy cream, stirring until smooth.
