We were blessed enough to be able to pay for every single thing. Some parents give the couple a lump sum & tell them anything over their responsible for. As parents it’s what you’re comfortable with

Great tips! Just had eldest daughter’s wedding last May. It was AMAZING, but everything was a la carte. Daughter #2 is getting married next year and we choose all inclusive in Lake Tahoe.

Almost everything where we live in Northeast GA is a la carte for venue, caterer, decorations, liquor etc. Adds up quickly especially when u add in vendors. I wish we investigated all-inclusives more
