My doctor told me sushi is safe as long as uou get it from a good source! I ate sushi my whole pregnancy and drank my cup of coffee

My doctor told me the majority of the guidelines around deli meat and sushi are b/c some people are dumb enough to eat a gas station sushi roll that’s been sitting in 90 degree heat for 4hrs. 😂😂

My Dr was more concerned with my sodium levels than deli meat since I wouldn't stop eating pickles covered in limon salt 😂
