@eatingwithegg: Charcoal fire + claypot makes food that much better. @Kallangclaypotlala serves "claypot lala", eaten steamboat-style. The lala is first stir-fried with ginger and garlic, bringing out all the aromatics. The broth with hua diao is then added in a cooked till you get this umami flavour. There is a wide variety of sides to choose from, we particularly enjoyed the Australian Beef Slice, Toman Fish, Prawn Paste and Shabu Pork! I really recommend to finish the meal with maggi, so hearty and comforting! They also have non-chargeable free flow wide selection of dipping sauce and soup refill.
