High protein low point chili PERFECT for a WEIGHT LOSS journey #wwpartner (recipe 👇🏽)  I’ve partnered up with @WeightWatchers to show you that losing weight doesn’t have to mean eating bland and boring foods  Ingredients: 2 pounds ground beef, 93% lean 1 large onion, diced 4 cloves garlic, minced 2 bell peppers, diced (any color) 2 cans (14.5 ounces each) diced tomatoes 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste 2 tablespoons chili powder 1 tablespoon cumin powder 1 tablespoon brown sugar (optional) 1 tablespoon paprika 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1 teaspoon honey (optional) 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust according to your spice preference) Salt and black pepper to taste Optional toppings: shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, chopped green onions Instructions: * In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown the ground beef over high heat for 3-4 mins  * Add the diced onion and diced bell peppers to the pot. Sauté until the vegetables are softened 2-3 mins * Stir in seasonings above and tomato paste then cook for another 2 mins * Lower heat to med-low and add the minced garlic, cook for another minute then add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and around 1/2 cup water * Reduce the heat to low and simmer the chili for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. * Taste and adjust the seasonings if necessary. * Serve the chili hot in bowls. Optionally, top each serving with shredded cheddar cheese, a dollop of sour cream, and chopped green onions.
