looks like salami. But in the US we do have uncut salami as well as kielbasa sausages that are similar but thinner. not sure about the UK though

Not an English speaker (I'm Swedish) but those are also both called korv (=sausage). If you mean a specific one you say the name of it, like falukorv.

I'm in Canada (Alberta) we call it Kielbasa or Ukrainian Sausage and we can get it in the sausage ring form or sliced. We have a large Ukrainian population though.

Kielbasa? I’m in BC, Canada and we have a ton of Ukrainian food here. Others are garlic coil, summer sausage, and Mennonite sausage.

they're usually by the grocery store deli. various dried sausages. it's what we use for charcuterie. salami, summer sausage, kielbasa.

Try Aldi/Lidl I've definitely seen similar. But I'd probably call it sausage or salami 😅
