Your baby isn’t latching properly to this bottle. Both lips should be curled over the teat hence why there’s so much dribbling x

Yes and nights seem so short now I fed my baby at 4 am and then she woke up at 7am I was like I just fed you and then I understood it’s been three hours 🤣
