@kimberlyj_king: Replying to @Liza this was so refreshing & delicious 🌱🍝🫶🏼 Ingredients: - 1 lb Italian sausage (sweet or spicy) (can also sub Chicken Sausage) - 1 onion, finely chopped - 1 cup premade pesto sauce - 1 lb pasta (such as penne, fusilli, or spaghetti) - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved - Grated Parmesan cheese, for topping - Garlic bread, for serving Instructions: 1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the Italian sausage until browned and cooked through, breaking it apart with a spoon, about 8-10 minutes. Add the chopped onion to the skillet with the sausage. Cook until onion is softened, about 3-4 minutes. 3. Reduce heat to low. Stir in the premade pesto sauce and halved cherry tomatoes. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, to heat through. 4. Add cooked pasta to the skillet with the sausage and pesto sauce. Toss to combine. Add a cup of pasta water if desired. 5.
