@joandbart: One Pot Creamy Tomato Beef ❤️ One of our favourite recipes when we’re lazy about cooking. 20 minutes done! Ingredients: 2 tbsp olive oil 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 onion, chopped 1 lb - 500g beef mince or ground beef 2 tsp Italian herbs 2 tbsp tomato paste 14 oz - 400g can crushed tomatoes 1/2 tsp chili flakes 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 4 cups - 1L chicken stock/broth 12 oz - 350g fusilli or pasta of your choice 3/4 cups - 180ml heavy cream Parmesan, parsley to garnish Instructions: Heat oil on high in a large heavy pot. Sauté garlic and onion for 1 minute. Add ground beef, breaking it apart, and cook until no red remains. Mix in Italian herbs and cook for 30 seconds. Then add tomato paste and cook for 1 minute. Pour in crushed tomatoes and chicken stock. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (optional). Add pasta and mix well. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent sticking. Then add cream and simmer for 1-2 more minutes until saucy. Remove from heat, stir well, and serve in bowls. Garnish with parmesan and parsley. Bon appétit! 🥰 #pasta #food
