Here’s my issue: my ACL is degenerating, imaging says it’s degenerating, they sent me to PT… Where PT said I have to do squats and “work through the pain.” So, no… I won’t be going.

TAKE YOUR PT! My mom had it for a frozen shoulder. I had to go to her appointments. The importance of that is a core memory and why I always believe in the critical process of PT

My Elderly Disabled Veteran father was sent to Physical Therapy: that “therapist” proceeded to request him to do exercises with arms that she was clearly told : He CANNOT LIFT ARMS AT ALL. 🤦♀️
