Just been walking around for years thinking they removed my intestines bcus my husband swore he seen my intestines laying beside me during 😂😅 idk what that man saw but it scarred him

Doesn’t the retractor help keep the intestines from getting in the way? My oldest was face up & he was cut across his forehead during my C-section. My organs was fine his lil face was not
