Reheating your food dries it out. So don’t meal prep chicken and rice - make it with a marinade. Don’t prep steak - make a juicy chuck roast. Moisture makes day 4 taste like day 1. 2. Season Well. You’re not seasoning one meal - you’re seasoning five. Go heavy on the herbs and spices - you have a week to spread out this flavor. 3. Focus on Protein. Not everything needs prep. I’ll make the chuck roast, but I’ll swap out rice packets, or bread choices, on the fly.
