Warm and shake - it won’t get all the fat bits but it’s perfect safe ! Fat separating is totally normal

It’s totally okay. It’s normal. Roll it around (like gentle mix) it’s the stuff in the milk to at separates.

It looks like the fat just separated. Try warming it and giving it a good shake so it mixes back in.

Totally normal! When it’s warmed up you won’t see the separation anymore. The fat just separates when it’s frozen.

Mix it really well it should be fine since you froze it, I believe the fat just isn’t mixed back in. Probably been said already, is so, sorry!

I accidentally drank my best friends breast milk once 😭 and it looked like this and she said it was because it was frozen and is normal. She used to make powdered milk too and I got the jugs confused but I do remember asking her why the milk was like that and she said it was ok
