Don’t do either, we bought cheap cases of wine and bear from Cosco, hired a bartender, very cheap overall, had just a case of each left over.

I used to be a bar carrier and I would charge 2 drinks for the first hour then 1 drink every hour after that per person so for a 4hr reception at abt $10 a drink abt $50 a person so a 200 ppl abt $10k
