I’ve been flashed a few times whilst under the gantry limit and never had anything through, flashed me doing 40 when it showed 50, like everything else about the smart motorway, broken !

Even if you do get a fine your Dashcam reads your speed you weren’t going above 40 and if so was only 1 mph over these variable speed cameras are really sensitive keep the footage and appeal it

na sometimes they flash just for fun nothing comes of it though. also who are you overtaking? why not use yhe laft hand lane? you can get points for driving in the middle lane.
