@marwabarakat_: كيكة البسكويت بالكاسترد 💛 المقادير: ١٥ الى ١٦ قطعة بسكويت للجوانب للطبقة الأولى: ٣ اكواب حليب سائل ١/٢ كوب سكر ٤ ملاعق كبيرة وممتلئة من بودرة الكاسترد ٣ ملاعق كبيرة وممتلئة من الطحين ٢ ملاعق كبيرة وممتلئة من بودرة الكاكاو ١ معلقة صغيرة فانيلا معلقة كبيرة زبدة (٢٥ غرام) ١ كوب بسكويت مقطع (أضفت جميع المكونات ما عدا الزبدة والبسكويت الى قدر صغير على نار متوسطة مع التحريك المستمر حتى ان يغلي ويثقل قوامه، أضفت الزبدة الى ان ذابت وآخر شي البسكويت وأضفت الخليط الى قاعدة قالب كيك مقاس ٢٢ سم، دخلته الفريزر لمدة ساعة ليمسك قوامه) للطبقة الثانية: ٣ اكواب حليب سائل ١/٢ كوب سكر ٤ ملاعق كبيرة وممتلئة من بودرة الكاسترد ٣ ملاعق كبيرة وممتلئة من الطحين ١ معلقة صغيرة فانيلا ١ معلقة كبيرة زبدة (٢٥ غرام) (أضفت جميع المكونات ما عدا الزبدة الى قدر صغير على نار متوسطة مع التحريك المستمر لحد ما يغلي ويمسك قوامه، بعدها أضفت الزبدة الى ان ذابت تماما وأضفت الخليط الساخن فوق الطبقة الأولى، ودخلته الفريزر لمدة ساعة) للطبقة الثالثة: ١ كوب شوكولا ٢/٣ ثلثين الكوب قشطة او كريمة حلويات (سخّنت المكونات على نار هادئة الى ان ذابت تماما وصبيتها فوق الطبقة الثانية، دخلت الكيك عالبرّاد لمدة ليلة كاملة قبل التقديم، زينته بالسبرينكلز والفراولة قبل التقديم. **Biscuit Cake with Custard 💛** **Ingredients:** 15 to 16 pieces of biscuits for the sides **For the first layer:** - 3 cups liquid milk - 1/2 cup sugar - 4 heaping tbsp of custard powder - 3 heaping tbsp of flour - 2 heaping tbsp of cocoa powder - 1 tsp vanilla - 1 tbsp butter (25 grams) - 1 cup chopped biscuits (Add all the ingredients except the butter and biscuits to a small pot over medium heat, stirring constantly until it boils and thickens. Then add the butter until it melts and finally the biscuits. Pour the mixture into the base of a 22 cm cake mold and put it in the freezer for an hour to set.) **For the second layer:** - 3 cups liquid milk - 1/2 cup sugar - 4 heaping tbsp of custard powder - 3 heaping tbsp of flour - 1 tsp vanilla - 1 tbsp butter (25 g) (Add all the ingredients except the butter to a small pot over medium heat, stirring constantly until it boils and thickens. Then, I add the butter until it completely melts and pour the hot mixture over the first layer. Put it in the freezer for about an hour.) **For the third layer:** - 1 cup chocolate - 2/3 cup cream or whipping cream (Heat the ingredients over low heat until it completely melt and pour it over the second layer. Refrigerate the cake overnight before serving, Decorate it with sprinkles and strawberries before serving.)
