In a pan, add the chicken broth water, margarine, salt and paprika 2. After boiling, add the sifted flour and, with the help of a wooden spoon, keep stirring non-stop until the dough comes away from the pan. 3. Remove from heat and place on a smooth surface greased with oil, then let it cool and knead the dough. 4. In a pan add oil then add the crushed garlic, and onion, fry everything until golden, add the cooked and shredded chicken breast and sauté for a few minutes. Add the parsley, salt and paprika. 5. Put some oil on your hands, take a portion of the dough, make a small ball and with the help of your index finger make a cavity in the dough. 6. Place a portion of the stuffing and close by pinching the mouth of the cavity with the inside of your thumb and forefinger. 7. Beat the egg whites with salt, then cover the coxinha with it. 8. Coat the coxinha with breadcrumbs. 9. In a deep pot or pan, put enough oil to cover the coxinha, let it heat to 200º C and fry the coxinhas until golden. Enjoy 💚💛💙
