the same tooth feels like it’s shifting everyday by the end of the night, i put my retainer in and in the morning it’s back to straight. I wear my retainer every night too

I have bonded retainers and I have a love/hate for them. Im obsessed with flossing and not being able to use them made me spiral 😩 & Yes I have a water floss. It’s just not the same.
