Just to make you aware if you are noticing symptoms coming back before the 12 weeks. Speak to your Gp and they can give injections 8 or every 10 weeks x

Please always consult your Dr to check your levels. B12 needs folate to bind to, so it's worth getting all your levels checked as you might need folic acid as well to get the full benefit of B12

I get the b12 injections and yes omg they do hurt , rest of my life I have to have them due to celiacs .. going to try the sublingual b12 and hope they work .
