Speaking for myself, I feel that living in Cali is so much better than any red state. Yes, it's expensive etc, but it's actually worth it, it's a great lifestyle out here.

Crime really isn’t that bad outside of a few neighborhoods in LA and the Bay. The state needs to focus on building housing that’s root of ALL its problems!

Crime this… fast food that… CALI NEEDS TO BUILD HOUSING!!! it’s too expensive becuase of how NIMBY the state is. SF has built a total of 6 homes this year and they wonder why they have homeless.

Oakland PD isn't unique; 25 years ago Portland was not even responding to car prowls, you had to go to them. It has only gotten worse. This is USA normal.
