@imofficialmaria: I’m officially a Garmin girly! ⌚️💕✨ I was debating between an Apple Watch and a Garmin for running and after watching so many reviews, the Garmin won me over! Specifically, the Garmin Forerunner 165 Music (I will explain why). The way most people put it is that an Apple Watch is for lifestyle while a Garmin is meant for fitness and I could not agree more! A few of the things I love so far is: 1. it tracks my steps more accurately than my phone does on the health app 2. it measures my sleep (REM, deep sleep, light sleep, and awake periods) AND I have a sleep coach, letting me know how much hours of sleep I need the following day 3. measures my heart rate and stress levels throughout the day 4. you can pay with your watch! 5. I can listen to my Spotify playlists and leave my phone at home with the music feature! 6. Lastly, when I go on runs, it measures literally EVERYTHING and color codes the route I took with my pace, heart rate, power and elevation. The app gives a more in depth analysis of the stats you can see on the watch. I’m obsessed and I’m only gonna keep falling in love!
