I'm on day 6 of the carnivore diet- do you push yourself to eat 3 meals even if you're not hungry or do you just eat when you are hungry and not worry about hitting a certain protein amount?!

I tried this but I got a really bad gout flare so I mixed it with keto still losing weight but not as fast as straight carnivore but I cut the sugar and carbs !
