@ben_yanes: There is absolutely nothing wrong with doing a traditional lat pull-down - but, if you want to be even more specific in training the vertical portions of the lats, this is a more precise option (the traditional lat pull-down will create a more generalized, total-back stimulus, so the stress is more spread). I personally prefer to do these under a lat pull-down station (rather than a free-moving bench) as I demonstrated toward the end of the video.
