i work as an admin assistant for unbelievably busy people and I can tell ya right know they'd rather just email me and eat that cost than learn how to use an AI assistant

Data entry people have a good outlook tho because your 100% ahead of the game if you understand how data needs to be setup in Excel. You'll have a lower entry barrier to moving up to Power BI type work. I do a lot of qualitative analysis and I do not see anyway AI could help make my life easier with data entry or analysis on processes like thematic analysis. Maybe for some well established cases but not for new emergent themes in the area I work, just can't see it happening.

as an admin, yeah, I'm not worried. some things just need a human touch that ai can't do. you need to know your boss's habits/likes/needs in a way a computer can't

Hahaha I’m an executive assistant and I agree I think as companies pare down and automate things we won’t be needed. I don’t mind though I’m getting my MBA currently and getting into project mgmt
