Look at the HOA document that you signed if those colors aren’t specified in the contract than send them a copy of what you signed, then send them a neutral pallet.

We live in an HOA. They send us a notice every 2 months about our trash cans being in front of the garage. They aren’t charging us. We leave them. I’m not walking around my whole house w giant bags.
