Ingredients - 1 tbsp oil 1 tbsp ginger, garlic and chilli paste ( 2 chillies, 3 garlic and 1 small piece ginger ) - 1 small onion chopped - 1 cup veggies - have used carrot , beans and corn - 1/2 cup oats - 3 cups water - 1/2 tsp pepper - 1 Maggie stock cube ( you can avoid if you don’t have stock cube ) but HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - 1/2 tsp cumin powder - 1/4 tsp turmeric for colour - Salt . Only boil for 3-4 mins . .
