The hype is so real with fried chicken, ranch & caviar. I keep hearing people talk about how this is the perfect pairing but in my mind, I was thinking, if it was just the chicken skins it really would be perfect. Because let’s be real the crispy skin is the best part of fried chicken 😍 I also have this weird thing where sometimes the taste of chicken meat throws me off a little bit.  I started out marinating/ cleaning the chicken skins with white vinegar and spicy coconut vinegar. Then I cut the chicken skins into a circle shape, removing all of the uneven edges. I added a little bit of ranch seasoning, then roasted the chicken skins in the oven. When the chicken skins are in the oven, a magical reaction happens with the vinegar in seasonings, causing a slightly sweet, caramelized flavor that was a really pleasant surprise for me. I made a dipping sauce using crème fraîche, chives, dill, garlic powder, and salt. Once the chicken skins were cooked until crispy and golden, I added a layer of the crème fraîche sauce , and a big scoop of caviar on top 😍 I decided last minute to do layers of the chicken skins the sauce in the caviar for extra crispiness and flavor, and I am so excited with all this turned out! I could sit here and eat 20 of these and still want more. also, I wanted to take a minute to thank you all for your patience as I have been recovering from laryngitis so I apologize if my voice is still a little bit raspy 🙈 Luckily I was able to get antibiotics last week and I’m finally starting to feel better ❤️#caviar #friedchicken #chickenskins
