@idabergfoth: What I Eat In A Day To Cut Body Fat 🌺 First and foremost: Food is fuel, and the number one tip I got is to start truly try sensing how your body is reacting to what you eat. Look into if it gives you energy (the longer lasting one), look into how it makes you perform, and how it makes you mentally feel. For me enjoying food is key and after years of tracking I do no longer fear items that I might have been limiting myself from in the past. In my opinion as long as you stay diverse and know HOW MUCH of WHAT you should eat you will be good and you can start venturing out of your set idea of what food needs to be. A quick run down: 🥯 Egg white based bagel with home made Tuna-salad 🍲 Chicken Stir fry (I use Sous vide chicken from @flexpromeals and so can you with the code IDA to a 40% off!!) 🌯 Ground beef burrito (or in this case a failed burrito haha) with a big side salad and a spoon of home made guacamole 🍦 Home made protein ice cream (salted peanut butter with strawberries) I AM OBSESSED!!
