The fact that you can't repay a $800k lending while earning under the cap for Kaianga Ora... how is this actually supposed to work. I'm over $100k so I don't qualify, but also I wouldn't be able to service an $800k loan on my income. I just don't see how this programme works

Even at the maximum for income here you can’t afford 849k. Once you calculate affordability it just wouldn’t work
