@badbatchbaking: Funfetti marshmallow popcorn 1/2 cup butter 1 bag marshmallows (10 oz bag) 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1/2 cup funfetti cake mix 1/4 teaspoon flaky sea salt 1 cup Rice Krispies cereal 5 cups popped popcorn sprinkles, a few spoonfuls or as desired 1) Melt butter over medium low heat in a large saucepan. Add in marshmallows and store continuously until melted and smooth. Add in vanilla extract and mix again. 2) Stir in funfetti cake mix until no clumps remain. Fold in the Rice Krispies cereal. Then fold in the popcorn. 3) Add the sprinkles as you mix the popcorn to evenly distribute. Lay the mixture into an even layer on parchment paper to set.
