The entire country is doing this. Actually, the DG will send an instruction to "cook" results with 5% for 3 subjects. It starts in Grade 4.

When those schools are closed make transport provision for those learners coz now schools will be a lot further away from their homes. There are a lot of unemployed teachers, HIRE TEACHERS!
