The entire country is doing this. Actually, the DG will send an instruction to "cook" results with 5% for 3 subjects. It starts in Grade 4.

True. We recommend them early enough for assessment and possible transfer to Special School. While we wait for DBE to assess there's nothing we can do besides progressing to next grade.

When those schools are closed make transport provision for those learners coz now schools will be a lot further away from their homes. There are a lot of unemployed teachers, HIRE TEACHERS!

Yiu can enroll a stone in grade one. That stone will eventually land up in grade 12. That's how the system works.
