True. We recommend them early enough for assessment and possible transfer to Special School. While we wait for DBE to assess there's nothing we can do besides progressing to next grade.

rubbish, don't blame the schools. Those learners are pushed through every time instead of redoing the grade. Learners don't bother to study as they get pushed through
