How big is the guest list? $6000 isn't going to feed a lot of people. And $600 or invitations isn't enough for favors. Don't waste money on a wedding planner, you can easily do it yourself.

Unfortunately a lot of florists have minimum spends that start at 2k and that’s the low end. I saw many that started at 5k or more. $1500 is more a DIY price.
