@alyssacoadynutrition: Carrot cake bites.. the perfect grab and go snack They’re so easy to make, blend all the ingredients together in a food processor, roll them into balls and put them in your fridge In a food processor, blend: 2 cups rolled oats 1 cup desiccated coconut Then add and blend: 1 large carrot, grated (approx 1 cup, packed) 30g vanilla protein powder 1 teaspoon cinnamon And lastly, add: 1/3 cup salted almond butter 1/3 cup maple syrup 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract Blend until a dough forms Roll into bite size balls.
