@eliyaeats: Day 3/10 of healthier desserts: 3 ingredient chocolate protein crackles 🍫 Recipe: - 100g chocolate - I use @lindtaunz sugar free milk choc but you can use any!!! - 100g soy protein crispies- I get mine from Coles it’s the wellness road brand * - 1 tsp coconut oil (about 5g) - extra 15g-20g choc for topping - sea salt for topping (optional) * if you can’t find or access soy protein crisps just sub for Rice Bubbles but the protein will be much lower. Can add some protein powder if using Rice Bubbles. 1. Melt chocolate and coconut oil in microwave or over a Bain Marie 2. Pour in the soy crispies and mix well, equally divide into 8 cupcake liners, if you would like them more bite sized you can make 10-12 3.
